To enter school next Fall,
a child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2016

If you are a Sierra View resident or have children already attending the Academics Plus Program, Sierra View is considered your neighborhood school and you will need to register with Sierra View. Please contact our office for more information regarding registration.

All others can locate the school serving their residence area by typing in their address on the district school locator link : School Locator

The following are required to register a child: (1) proof of date of birth (birth certificate, baptismal certificate, or other legal proof), (2) two forms verifying proof of residency, and (3) written immunization record from a physician, nurse, or health department.  Children must be immunized for MMR-measles, mumps and rubella (German measles), polio, DTaP-diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (whooping cough), Hepatitis B, and Varicella (chicken pox) prior to school entry. The law allows parents/guardians to choose an exemption from immunization requirements based on their personal beliefs or medical conditions. For children with medical exemptions, the physician’s written statement should be submitted.

Please plan to spend 30 minutes to complete the registration process.

For all students that are not Sierra View residents, a lottery  for additional openings will occur in January.

Form 10's will be available the week of registration. Deadline to get applications in will be February 1st.
