Every year, students at Sierra View School have the opportunity to be in Student Council. Participating in Student Council teaches students to take leadership roles and express what they want for our school. Student Council starts in September and ends in the spring.
 
Student Council has many positions, including president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary. These are elected positions; it's a true privilege to be on Student Council! While most Student Council terms are one semester, fifth grade representatives have the opportunity to stay for a full academic year if they prove to be responsible workers.
