Parrotlet
Our classroom pet is a Parrotlet named Lolly. She is a Blue Pacific Parrotlet. Lolly is still very young and learning proper behavior. She is a lot of fun to watch and listen to when she is singing. Come in and meet her when you get the chance.
Parrotlets are the smallest of the New World parrot species and are sometimes called "Pocket Parrots". They are feisty, affectionate, and willful.

These are Lolly's sister (green) and brother (yellow). They were in the same clutch.
She is a very curious bird.
