SVTV
SVTV is Sierra View's own personal TV program. Several years ago, two of Sierra View's 6th grade teachers, Mr. Passanisi and Mr. Bender, thought it would be a good idea to start a school TV program. Our computer tech aide, Cathy Frost, helps make the current SVTV program possible. SVTV is run by the 5th graders. They do the filming, directing, editing, create the graphics, and make the announcements. SVTV is filmed mainly in the computer lab.
SVTV programming includes school news, sports, and special announcements. Many times there are announcements from PTO, Student Council, and other groups that cover special events.
